Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be received in writing to events@mtaa.org.au. If you are unable to attend, substitutes are welcome at no additional cost up to 2 working days prior to the start of the event. By submitting your registration, you agree to the terms of the cancellation policy.
Cancellation greater than 40 days prior to the event 100% credit (less $55 admin fee).
Cancellation greater than 14 days and less than 40 days prior to the event 50% credit (less $55 admin fee) Cancellation less than 14 days prior to the event.
No credit Cancellation fees apply as per below:
Reasonable efforts will be made to process credits within 2 weeks of cancellation notice. Credit is not available within 60 days prior to the event.
