When and where is the Summit held?

The Women’s Health MedTech Summit will take place at Doltone House Hyde Park, Sydney on 27–28 May 2026. Visitor information is available [here].

How do I register?

Registrations can be completed [here]. Early Bird registration closes 28 February 2026.

Are discounted accommodation options available?

Yes. Limited discounted rates are available at selected nearby hotels. Details are available on the [Accommodation page].

What parking / transport arrangements are in place?

Visitor information, including directions, parking, accessibility and nearby accommodation, is available via [Doltone House]

Who should I contact regarding sponsorship opportunities?

Please complete the [Sponsorship Enquiry form] online to view sponsorship opportunities and available packages.

How do I become an MTAA member?

Please see our friendly Team at the Information Desk who will be able to assist you or contact membership@mtaa.org.au

I need a copy of the Program.

Visit the [Program] for the most up-to-date program. There is also a QR code on the back of your name badge onsite that you can scan.

Will sessions be recorded or available post-event?

The event is face-to-face only. Slides and recordings are not provided. The face-to-face format will provide you with the opportunity to engage with the content, speakers and other delegates directly. 

How can I advise the Summit of accessibility or dietary requirements?

Please note any specific requirements when you register.

How are speakers selected?

Speaker invitations are coordinated by MTAA in collaboration with the Program Advisory Group. For enquiries regarding speaker participation, contact events@mtaa.org.au.

I booked the wrong event; can I change my booking?

change to Availability is live on the website. Once tickets are sold out, no further registrations can be accepted. Dietary requirements cannot be guaranteed for registrations within 7 days of the event. If you can see availability for the desired event, please email our team on events@mtaa.org.au for assistance.

I didn’t buy a ticket. Can I still attend?

Availability is live on the website. Once tickets are sold out, no further registrations can be accepted. You can register online here or visit our friendly team at the Information Desk onsite who can assist you with registration. Pre-purchase is strongly recommended to avoid disappointment as capacity is strictly limited.

I didn’t buy a ticket for the Luncheon. Can I still attend?

Luncheon availability is shown live on the website, and you can book directly online. Once tickets are sold out, no further registrations can be accepted.

Please note that dietary requirements cannot be guaranteed for registrations made within 7 days of the event.

If you have purchased a Full Registration ticket, the Luncheon is already included. You would have confirmed your Luncheon attendance during registration, so no further action is required.

I am an exhibitor. Where can I store my boxes?

You can store boxes and banner bags under your trestle table. You may also request the cloakroom to hold items or store them at your hotel if you are staying nearby.

Can I get a copy of the Attendee List?

Due to privacy laws, we are unable to provide attendee details. However, if you leave your details with our team at the Information Desk, we can facilitate relevant introductions.

How do I get in contact with specific MTAA staff members?

Where can I store my luggage?

Doltone House Hyde Park has a cloakroom available for delegates. It is located on the ground floor before you enter the lifts.

If I lose my name badge, where can I get a replacement?

Please see our team at the Information Desk, who can assist you.

How do I get my Women’s Health Luncheon ticket?

Luncheon tickets are included in Early Bird and Full Registration tickets, so no separate ticket is required. You can register online here or visit our friendly team at the Information Desk onsite who can assist you with registration. Pre-purchase is strongly recommended to avoid disappointment as capacity is strictly limited.

What if I am no longer able to attend?

We do offer substitutions within the same organisation to attend in your place, with notice. For information on substitutions and cancellations, please refer to our [terms and conditions]. Please note that any special access and dietary requirements cannot be guaranteed on substitutions. Please see our friendly Team at the Information Desk who will be able to assist you or contact events@mtaa.org.au.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind about attending?

Are single‑day tickets available?

At this stage, we’re unable to offer single‑day tickets for the Women’s Health MedTech Summit. All tickets provide access to the full two‑day program and are non‑transferable, we’re not able to support day‑only attendance or substitute entry. We’ve worked to keep ticket pricing already significantly reduced to ensure broad access while maintaining a smooth on‑site experience.
